Northeast Wisconsin Outdoors’ 2nd Annual Women’s Outdoor Skills Event will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2011. For women ages 14 and up, this is a fun series of workshops which will give you hands-on experience in multiple outdoor activities including rifle, shotgun and black powder shooting, Dutch oven cooking, archery, chainsaw safety, self defense, trailer handling, and tomahawk throwing. We hope participants to come away from this workshop with a better understanding of some of the skills used in the outdoors, greater confidence and a better appreciation for Wisconsin’s outdoor heritage.
